Refund Policy

ABFT Solutions strives to provide high-quality software development, education, coaching, consulting, and digital services. Because many of our services are customized or delivered digitally, refunds are subject to the terms outlined below.

1. Custom software development

Custom software projects are planned and developed specifically for each client.

• Initial deposits and discovery fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

• Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable.

• If a project is canceled by the client, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed through the cancellation date.

• Any remaining unpaid balance for unfinished work will not be billed once the project has been formally terminated unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.

2. Software and digital products

Unless otherwise stated, purchases of downloadable software, digital products, templates, licenses, or other digital content are non-refundable once access has been granted.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to your purchase, please contact us so we can resolve the issue.

3. Subscription services

Subscription services may be canceled at any time.

Unless otherwise stated, cancellations apply to future billing cycles. Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods or unused time after a billing cycle has begun.

4. Courses and educational programs

Refund eligibility for courses or educational programs may vary depending on the specific program.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

• Refunds will not be issued once a substantial portion of the course has been completed or downloaded.

5. Coaching and consulting

Scheduled coaching and consulting sessions may be rescheduled with reasonable advance notice.

Completed coaching or consulting sessions are non-refundable.

6. Exceptional circumstances

ABFT Solutions may, at its sole discretion, issue a full or partial refund when exceptional circumstances warrant.

Issuing a refund in one situation does not create an obligation to provide refunds in future situations.

7. Chargebacks

If you have a question regarding a charge, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution.

We are committed to working with customers to resolve billing concerns promptly and fairly.

8. Changes to this Refund Policy

ABFT Solutions reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time.

Any changes become effective upon publication on this website unless otherwise stated.
